Refund Policy

Overview

PumpCare supplies industrial pumps, pump components and pump systems sourced from various manufacturers. Refunds and returns are subject to supplier conditions and the terms of each order.

 

Change of Mind

Due to the specialised nature of many industrial pump products, PumpCare generally does not offer refunds for change of mind once an order has been confirmed.

 

Incorrect or Damaged Goods

If goods arrive damaged or incorrect, customers must notify PumpCare as soon as possible after delivery.

Where a product is confirmed to be damaged, faulty or incorrect, PumpCare will work with the manufacturer or supplier to arrange an appropriate resolution which may include:

• Replacement product

• Repair or replacement of parts

• Refund where applicable

 

Manufacturer Warranties

Many products supplied by PumpCare are covered by manufacturer warranties. Warranty claims must follow the terms and processes provided by the original manufacturer.

PumpCare will assist customers in facilitating warranty claims where possible.

 

Custom Fabrication

Pump skids or custom fabricated systems built to customer specifications may not be eligible for refunds once fabrication has commenced.
